It's been a long time since I had some really good BBQ ribs. I tried a place near home and had a bad experience with some extremely dry ribs. I recently visited "Roadside BBQ". It's a cool little corner place off Geary and 2nd St. in San Francisco. The cole slaw was a bit spicy but the baby back ribs and corn bread were pretty good. I'll have to try their other brisket and ribs next time. Any recommendations for some good BBQ?

Above is a sketch of some old memorabilia on the back wall of "Roadside BBQ".

Just trying to get back into the groove of posting. Thanks to everyone that stopped by to check on recent posts. I appreciate all of your comments.

I wasnt sure which blog to comment on so I just went to the most recent one. Your skills with the paint are nice! I am actually working on some figutres myself I have one on my blog, its the guy with the spiked bat. I model it in my 3ds max and ship it off to this prototyping place to have my figures made. Do you sculpt and paint the figures? Oh and good BBQ i dont know, but i do know of a good BBQ sauce. Williamson Bros. sauce is great stuff, kinda spicy and tangy also with a little sweetness also. It may be too sweet for some, in the south the main flavors are sweet, spicy, and salty so be warned. Thanks for the comments ill be dropping back in.

I grew up in SF and while I've only eaten at this place a handful of times, I recommend Leon's BBQ across from the zoo. Memory serves it was goo-ood. An classic SF joint.

Nice. Good to see you back! I love BBQ. My arteries say different, but they lie. (We'll see who gets the last laugh.) Ouch! Sorry. Chest pain. Anyway, as I was saying, so good to see you up and posting again.
