Not sure if I'll have time to participate in this weeks Illustration Friday topic "monster". But here's a sketch of someone far from being a monster. Her name is "Patches". Yes, she looks just like Lassie...and she's just as bright as the famous dog-star. One of the friendliest pups I've ever met. I'm hoping to do a series of "Patches" in the next couple of weeks. Sort of a request from one of my colleagues at work...how could I say no?

I love those dogs, they're so elegant and weird-looking. There's a kind of designy feel to it...
Being a dog lover and a sucker for a good drawing, I really like thie one a lot Gerald. Looking forward to more endearing sketches of Patches.
